Where is my swag?
The most up-to-date information regarding the status of your swag can be found on the UPS tracking page. For any questions, please reach out to support@printfection.com

Can I change my shipping address?
To request a change of shipping address, please email support@printfection.com. Depending on where your swag order is in the production process we might not be able to accommodate the change of address request.

Tracking shows my swag has been delivered but I don't have it. 
UPS can sometimes prematurely mark packages delivered. Please wait an additional 3 business days for your swag to be delivered.  If you still don't receive it after this timeframe, please reach out to support@printfection.com.

Can I exchange my swag for a different size? 
We are not able to offer an exchange for an alternative size of your swag.  Please be sure to review the size charts on the product page before placing your order. 

I would like to return my swag and/or receive a refund.  
We are unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please reach out directly to Kajabi (support@kajabi.com) with any questions.

I received my swag but it's the wrong size, wrong item, or is damaged. 
If your order arrives with a damaged item, the correct item but wrong size from what you ordered, or the completely wrong item we are happy to help make things right! Please email support@printfection.com.

Do you cover international customs/duties? 
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.

What is the Zero to Hero rewards program?
The Zero to Hero rewards program is an exclusive program that celebrates your success with exclusive rewards at each Kajabi revenue milestone, from $1K to $10M.

How do I earn rewards?
Simply keep building your business on Kajabi! Each time you reach a revenue milestone, you unlock a reward. We'll reach out to you via email at 1k, 10k, 100k, 1m, and 10m! In the email will be a coupon code so that you can redeem your reward!  

How do I sign-up for the program?
Kajabi customers don't need to sign-up for the program. Just have an active Kajabi account in good standing. 

Do I have to pay for these rewards?
No, rewards for your revenue milestones are on us—we celebrate your achievements! Note that rewards shipped internationally may be subject to customs processing, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to redeeming a reward.
