What is the Zero to Hero rewards program?
The Zero to Hero rewards program is our way of celebrating your Kajabi success at key revenue milestones—$1K, $10K, $100K, $1M, and $10M!
How do I earn rewards?
Simply continue building your business on Kajabi. Each time you reach a revenue milestone, you’ll unlock a new reward. We’ll send you an email notification with a unique coupon code to redeem your swag.
Important: To receive these milestone notifications, you must be subscribed to Kajabi marketing emails. We cannot notify you if you’re not subscribed.

How do I sign up for the program?
You don’t need to sign up! As long as you have an active Kajabi account in good standing, you’re automatically eligible to receive rewards when you hit each revenue milestone.
Do I have to pay for these rewards?
No. The rewards are our gift to you for your achievements! However, international orders may be subject to customs processing. Please check with your local customs office for potential fees before redeeming a reward.
Can I redeem or request a reward for a past milestone?
No, rewards cannot be retroactively redeemed. You must redeem your milestone reward when you receive the notification and coupon code. This ensures everyone stays on track and that rewards align with your current progress.

ORDER INFORMATION
Where is my swag or reward?
We know you’re excited to receive your goodies! Please keep in mind that milestone rewards can take 4–6 weeks for processing and fulfillment before they ship. Merchandise purchases will typically ship out within a week.
Once your order has shipped, the most up-to-date status can be found on the UPS tracking page. If you have any additional questions, email support@printfection.com.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email support@printfection.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but if your swag is already in production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Tracking shows my swag was delivered, but I don’t have it.
UPS sometimes marks packages as delivered prematurely. Please wait 3 additional business days to see if it arrives. If you still haven’t received your swag after that time, please email support@printfection.com.
Can I exchange my swag for a different size?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer size exchanges at this time. Please review the size charts on the product page before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
I would like to return my swag or receive a refund.
We are unable to accept returns or process refunds. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to Kajabi at support@kajabi.com.
I received the wrong size, wrong item, or a damaged item.
If you received a damaged item, or if your order arrived in the wrong size or as a completely different item than you ordered, we’re happy to help make it right. Please email support@printfection.com with your order details.
Do you cover international customs/duties?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before placing or redeeming your order.
